Function:
It is used when fresh air cannot enter or does not pass through sidewall ventilation windows in livestock and poultry houses; or when the building is very wide and low, preventing large scale circulating airflow from being achieved via sidewall air inlets.
Component Features:
Extension Duct, Exhaust Duct, and Rain Hood are made of:
Core: XPS material (with very low thermal conductivity ≤0.030 W/m·K).
Inner and outer walls: 0.8 mm fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), providing thermal insulation performance, which effectively prevents condensation formation.
The extension duct, exhaust duct, and rain hood can be nested for shipment, significantly saving transportation costs.
Length can be customized according to the height of the livestock/poultry house.
Designed with a splicetype structure for simple installation.
A fan (EC motor) is configured at the bottom of the roof inlet fan. Fresh air is introduced into the house through a fresh air distributor. The butterfly damper on the fan is used to regulate the airflow rate. Depending on ventilation requirements, the system can supply fresh air, mixed air, or recirculated air to the livestock/poultry house, with a maximum air delivery distance of 22 meters.
